The Individuals who participate in this workshop will gain insight into their own team or group participation style, as well as that of the other participants. If they work with these individuals, they will be able to directly transfer the results back to their day to day work together. If they do not, they will be able to use their insights into the group participation styles of the other attendees as a guide for understanding the group participation styles of their actual work mates.

A Typical GPS Profile Workshop Outline (1 day)

Workshops Increase the Power of The GPS Profile for both Individuals and Organizations

First 30 minutes	Start up, facilitation and participant introductions, orientation - hand out of GPS Profile workbooks
First hour	Completion of front part of work books, scoring of personal results
Second and Third hours	"Understanding my results" - review of personal results and gaining of insight into what that means for "me" when I work in teams or group settings Dialogue with individuals who are like me - understanding my own behavior patterns and the best way of working with someone who is like me Dialogue with individuals who are different from me - understanding others' behavior patterns and the best way of working with them
Lunch
Fourth, Fifth and Sixth hours	Preparation of wall grid showing all participants' results Fish bowl exercise in which each participant has an opportunity to coach a person like me on more effective participation in "role play" (and be coached) Team work role plays, including one under time pressure, in which each participant works with people both "like me" and "unlike me" to get feedback on how they interact with a variety of GPS Profiles
Closure	Wrap-up - contracting for back on-the-job personal behavior change

GPS Profile workshops last a full day. Each workshop can accommodate up to 12 individuals, and must have at least 6 to be truly effective.

Each GPS Profile workshop is $3000 US or $3300 Canadian. The required workbooks and course materials are included.

Workshops are delivered on client premises. If room rental is required, it is billed at cost.

If workshop leaders travel beyond 200 miles (335 kilometers) to and from their offices, travel expenses are billed at cost.

Can we deliver the GPS Profile workshop ourselves?

The four core Competency Styles™ workshops are explicitly designed to be deliverable by a wide variety of adult and personal development professionals. Unlike them, effective delivery of GPS Profile workshops requires sound senior level group facilitation and adult development skills. WCI Press will work with your inside facilitators or trainers to help them prepare for the delivery of these workshops, provided we have an opportunity to assure ourselves that your individuals posses the required level of skill in these areas.
